Tree planting in Pear Tree Park

Please note that the Cafe referred to for the location is currently closed as a cafe (although it might be opened on the day for toilets)?

So the intention I’d to turn Pear Tree Park into a woodland. Is that what people want? What about peoples safety. What about anti social behaviour. What about the fact that what used to be plrssant social hub is now deserted.
