This is what the GGGs had to contend with at the river clean-up event behind Gurnell Leisure Centre on Sunday 9th June:
Yes, a gas boiler and a moped, and 25 bags of plastic litter as well as a lump of polystyrene!
But the 9 intrepid volunteers were in no way phased!
And the River Brent is that much pleasanter a place to be thanks to them.
