The new Greenford to Gurnell Greenway is now open for walkers. Here I start at the new bridge, which connects Perivale Park to Ruislip road (East).

The walk actually goes further, towards Pitshanger park and the hitherto little known (at least to me) Brentham Garden Suburb. To quote the society, “The Labour, Co-operative, Arts and Crafts, and Garden City movements are all part of the Brentham story.” which I think deserves to make it better known. And in fact this walk ended at the Fred Perry cafe for a very nice lunch!
